In the First Time Medical Visit I dedicate 1 and half hours to every adult and 70 minutes to younger children. We go into depth over your concerns and history, a complete physical exam is done and then I review any information you bring in and the tests we do here. I do an energetic scan to help me determine what is going on and the best treatments and create an individualized plan. There is a strong emphasis on education and the patient receives a packet of educational information on healing I have put together.

Follow up visits are 40 minutes at which time we review how you are doing and all changes since the last visit. Another energetic scan is done and we fine tune the protocol to adapt to what is happening, each time bringing the person to a higher level of balance and harmony.

My holistic lifestyle coaching  is based on helping you reconnect with your true identity as a complete and perfect being. It is through this understanding that you will begin to heal all areas of your life. My passion is to educate, inspire, and help you to realize your wholeness, your perfection, your true identity.
